The property letting service deals with the specific management of the client's property portfolio, and will include the following:

  • A comprehensive letting/vetting procedure, where the tenant has to provide certain references.
  • The tenant is to pay rent either:
    * Directly into the landlord's account, or
    * Directly into a rental account administered by BPM and distributed to the landlord on a monthly basis.
  • Tenants will deal directly with BPM and not the landlord.
  • In the event of maintenance and emergency faults (plumbing, electrical, etc) BPM will arrange timely repairs by experienced contractors.)
  • 24 hour emergency service.
  • Regular inspections.
  • Transfer of names on utility bills.
  • The lease agreement/s will be registered with The Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB). The tenant will be required to complete the PRTB form on signing of the lease.
